The service
RealShaadi is a matrimonial introduction platform for people genuinely seeking marriage. It is not a dating service. You must be of legal marriageable age in India (21 for men, 18 for women) and legally free to marry, or a family member creating a profile on behalf of such a person with their knowledge.
Truthfulness
Every detail you submit must be true. Impersonation, married persons posing as single, fabricated documents, or profiles created without the candidate's knowledge result in immediate, permanent removal — this is the core promise of the platform. We verify profiles in good faith but cannot guarantee any member's conduct; exercise the same judgment you would in any matrimonial introduction.
Conduct
Harassment, abusive language, requesting money from members, dowry demands, or commercial solicitation are prohibited and may be reported to authorities. Use the in-app report function; every report is reviewed by a human moderator.
Payments & refunds
Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay for the stated duration and do not auto-renew. Refunds within 7 days of purchase if no premium feature (contact reveal, chat beyond mutual interests, boost) has been consumed — write to support@realshaadi.com.
Liability
RealShaadi provides introductions, not guarantees of marriage or of member conduct. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid in the preceding 12 months. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
